Labelkraft reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these T&C at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted shall constitute acceptance of the revised T&C.

7. Quotations, Orders & Acceptance
All quotations are indicative unless confirmed in writing by Labelkraft.
Labelkraft reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
An order shall be considered binding only upon written confirmation from Labelkraft.
Any terms proposed by the Customer that conflict with these T&C shall not be binding unless expressly accepted in writing by Labelkraft.
8. Pricing, Taxes & Charges
Prices are subject to change due to raw material costs, logistics, statutory changes, or other commercial factors.
All applicable taxes, duties, levies, freight, insurance, and other charges shall be borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any additional costs arising due to Customer’s specifications, changes, or delays shall be charged extra.
9. Payment Terms
Payments shall be made strictly as per agreed terms.
Labelkraft reserves the right to withhold production or dispatch in case of delayed or non-payment.
Delayed payments may attract interest and recovery costs.
Non-payment shall be treated as a material breach of contract.
10. Delivery, Dispatch & Risk
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Labelkraft shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control.
Risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer immediately upon dispatch from Labelkraft’s premises or designated dispatch point.
11. Inspection, Shortage & Damage Claims
The Customer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
Any claim for shortage, damage, or defect must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to do so shall be deemed as acceptance of goods without any reservation.
Labelkraft’s liability, if any, shall be limited to repair, replacement, or credit note only, at its sole discretion.
12. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Customized, printed, or made-to-order goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
If Labelkraft cancels an order, any refund shall be processed as per internal policy and after necessary approvals.
Refunds, if applicable, shall not include logistics, handling, or processing charges.
13. Credit Card / Online Payments
You agree that any payment instrument used by you is lawfully owned and authorized. Labelkraft shall not be liable for any fraud, authorization failure, or transaction decline. Liability for fraudulent use shall rest solely with the Customer.
14. Fraudulent or Misuse Transactions
Labelkraft reserves the right to recover costs, damages, legal fees, and losses arising from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the website or services, and to initiate legal proceedings where necessary.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Labelkraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profit, business, or goodwill.
Labelkraft’s total liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the invoice value of the specific goods or services supplied.
16. Indemnity
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Labelkraft and its directors, officers, employees, and agents against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Misuse of products
Breach of these T&C
Incorrect specifications or information provided by the Customer
Violation of any law or third-party rights
17. Confidentiality
All commercial, technical, and business information shared by Labelkraft shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
18. Force Majeure
Labelkraft shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or transport failures.
19. Objectionable Content Disclaimer
You acknowledge that use of the website is at your own risk. Labelkraft shall not be liable for any content that may be considered offensive, objectionable, or inappropriate by any user.
20. Data Protection & Erasure Requests

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
